Disability care in Limpopo begins here. Heavenly Haven Care is more than just a center — it is a sanctuary, a second home for adults aged 18 to 60 living with disabilities. Nestled in the heart of Mookgophong, we offer a safe, supportive, and wheelchair-friendly environment where individuals with mild to profound intellectual disabilities, Down syndrome, epilepsy, autism, depression, multiple sclerosis (MS), and Alzheimer’s can thrive.
We understand how emotionally and physically demanding it is for families to care for a loved one with special needs. That’s why we offer both full-time residence and day visitor options, giving families peace of mind while ensuring their loved ones receive the very best care.
Our doors are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — with dedicated caregivers, a registered nurse, house parents (Huismoeder and Huisvader), and an in-house cook, ensuring holistic and compassionate support at all times.

Heavenly Haven Care was founded through a journey of both love and loss. After the passing of their grandchild, founders Louis and Elize du Preez were moved to create a home where individuals with disabilities could feel safe, supported, and truly seen. What began as a dream is now a place where residents don’t just live — they thrive.
